Organizational structure

Our organizational structure is our strength. The project is guided by a clear and accountable structure based on a collaborative and functional model, in which distinctive skills—sports (Sports Director) , management (Co-founder & CEO) , and institutional (Institutional Relations) —work in full synergy. A coordinated team leads strategic planning (Strategic Director) , operational organization (Technical Staff) , and communications (Social Media Manager), ensuring efficiency, transparency, and consistency with the memorial's values.
